Design & Wood 100% is the title of the new GALLERY exhibition in which there is much of the
meaning that wants to express: planning and quality!
This is possible thanks to the over 10 year’s collaboration between Padovani and
Marchetti which produces refined furnishings made entirely of precious woods.
Design is guaranteed by Marchetti with the vast collection of kitchens, systems
and objects of the best tradition of Italian craftsmanship combined with
contemporary shapes, colours and finishes and by Padovani who provides custom
furnishings with original projects of such production for any customer needs.
Out from minimalism that has led, to often, too similar furnishings made from
"boxes" smooth, cold and impersonal, the Marchetti style is characterized by a
renewed taste in decoration. Classical forms but with trendy colours and
finishes that reveal the essence of the wood giving visual comfort and
functional. Objects by absolute quality, pleasant to the touch, which we love,
timeless and, therefore, forever!

The Mobilificio d’Arte Marchetti has followed the tradition, within the family,
re-using and exalting the antique techniques of craftsmen.
A deep knowledge of wood essences, superb aesthetic taste and lots of
enthusiasms cultivated within the family have induced us, throughout the last 40
years, to work with creativity and interest.

This new "Padovani GALLERY" exhibition, sixteenth of the series and third in the
new location situated in the historical show room, is divided into 4 zones.

Living area
A living area composed by PG 700 bookcase made patina Mistral (a specially
processed wood, making it similar to a stone that enhances the wood grain) ,
with the "Nature" four doors module (one of the "sculptures" wooden that
Marchetti suggests in his collection) and the drawer decorated with large knobs.
In conjunction with the extendible MM585 table, with generous measures (cm
220/320x100), in slate colour inlaid with finish mistral milk top. The three
extensions are allocated inside the base and are used according to the needs,
also finely carved "continue" drawing the plan. The chairs are comfortable and
spacious slate-coloured, upholstered in a particular tissue, very strong, dark
blue in colour and attached to the wooden structure with bronze finish studs.
Complete the space the original and convenient FG685 trolley turquoise coloured
and the wood ottomans MM 509 / B in various finishes that highlights the natural
wood design.

Bedroom
A bedroom composed of the FG929 bed, a boat shape from the nineteenth century,
together with the MM604 bedside table on wheels in white finish with green
lacquered top and ceramic knobs shaped flower and heart. In front two elegant
MM564 armchairs with high back in Mistral milk wood finish, and tissue dove
coloured with bronze finish studs. On side, a composition consisting of a
Mistral hazelnut finish bench combined with 2 round tables on wheels, two-tone
brown finish and the large mirror frame with 541 MM curvilinear shape finishing
butter.
To complete the sleeping area a series of drawer units of various shapes and
colours, gold finish knobs, frog and turtle shaped, and still in wood decorated
the drawer unit in Mistral milk finish.

Accessories
On a platform in smoked mirror are positioned a series of very original items:
TC064 bookcase, grey lacquered, with shelves, a drawer with ceramic knobs,
platinum finish, and lectern. A small table, colour coral with glass shelves and
removable tray. The original chair MM 512 Mistral milk finish with inlays
depicting pink butterflies. MM 598 turquoise lacquered chairs, with oval butter
colour with motifs carved: butterfly, dog, rabbit and bear.

Kitchens
The "Bordolese" kitchen in bicolour butter and milk Mistral finish, has a large
island with sink and hob, in front has a series of drawers shaped as the worktop
to form curved deco flavour and rear doors with frame and central panel inlaid
lacquer butter milk Mistral compose a belief in service to the splendid MM606
extendible table (cm. 146/281x128) with inlaid Mistral milk finish. Important
are the MM563 chairs with high-back, made in Mistral milk wood, tissue dove
coloured with bronze finish studs. The composition is completed by the oven and
pantry column; they are like a portal of the large fridge.
The column pantry, in particular, got doors and pull-out basket cm. 90 wide,
with front curvilinear shaped, typical of "Bordolese" model. A kitchen / living
area space, perfect for aesthetics and function with infinite possibilities of
composition and colour.
Sufficient understand of the Marchetti production type, the exhibition is not
enough to represent their very special way of decorating and furnish. To support
this, Padovani provides virtual 3d furnishings projects such as those presented
here, as already mentioned, our interior design is the value added to fully
enhance the decor of the house.
